Creamy Polenta With Parmesan Sausage

Polenta, along with a bowl of rich bolognese, mushroom risotto, and spicy chili, are among my favorite winter meals. These dishes are also, unfortunately, some of the hardest to prepare. The NYTimes swears making polenta is easy but as someone who can barely simmer lentils, I am very intimidated by this recipe. Perhaps with the help of the NYTimes and the spicy andouille chicken sausage that’s been sitting in my freezer for the past six months, I’ll feel inspired to get adventurous in the kitchen. Click here for the recipe and here to ‘take the fear out of polenta’ before embarking.
